Return Policy for Petsita
To complete your return, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order arrives. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
1.0 - Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of whether your return has been approved or rejected. The return processing typically takes 3-5 days once we have received the returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unredeemed Packages
We reserve the right to charge fees for handling uncollected or refused packages (such as return shipping and shipping costs). A fee of GBP £10 will be charged if a package is not collected. Packages will remain with the postal service for 14 days before being returned to us. If you decide to return a product, please make sure to collect the package first and then initiate the return. Unredeemed packages are not covered under the right of withdrawal.
